UPS Fright, I mean Freight

As most of you have heard by now, all of my belongings were "misrouted" by UPS Freight. For the last 2 weeks I have been calling 3 times a day wondering how a 29 foot trailer could be missing. Well, my stuff was finally returned to me today and this is the condition I received it in. I will be blogging about the experience soon!

  3. It looks like the trailer rolled and your stuff was thrown everywhere so the just shoved it all back in where ever it would fit!

  5. Thank you for your comments everyone! And thank you Ms. Curtis-Magley for your response. I was able to come to a satisfactory resolution with the Claims Department which I am posting about right now!
